Cranberry Hand Pies
Ingredients:
1 premade or homemade pie crust (if using premade, you'll need the type that rolls out)
1 cup homemade or storebought cranberry sauce
1 egg
Directions:
Roll out your pie crust. Using a circle cookie or biscuit cutter, cut out 8-10 circles.
Lay half of your pie crust circles on a baking sheet. Add about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce to the center.
Lay the remaining pie crust circles over top to create your hand pie. Using a fork, close the edges of the hand pies together.
Whisk the egg and brush over each hand pie. Bake your hand pies at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar & enjoy!
